Return Policy

30-Day Return Guarantee
If, within 30 days of delivery, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll accept the return for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@flexybuy.com for authorization. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be in like-new condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for items not meeting these conditions.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Intimate, sanitary, or personal care items
- Clearance or marked "final sale" products
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Exchanges

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over $75.
- Flexy is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@flexybuy.com. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue, including arranging for a return or replacement.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Customer Responsibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
- Items returned not in like-new condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected at our discretion.
